IT and marketing people at Piastów

Bonair and KYB Europe have moved to Piastów Office Center.

The Szczecin branch of KYB, a Japanese producer of shocks and struts, employs five people and coordinates marketing and promotion activities of the company in Poland and Central Europe.  The firm was established in 2007 and its former office was located at Tama Pomorzańska. At present, it has planned to increase its headcount. 
 
The Szczecin branch of Bonair has moved to Piastów Office Center from Jagiellońska Street.  The firm specializes in analysis, design and implementation of IT systems.  It employs 170 people in Poland including 15 in Szczecin. 
 
According to Litwiniuk Property, an administrator of Piastów Office Center acting as an agent during the transaction, KYB Europe has concluded a lease for approx. 150 square meters of space in building A, while Bonair has leased about 200 square meters in building B.
