Beginning from February this year Unizeto Technologies is a member of Asseco Poland S.A. - one of the largest IT groups in Europe, the same one that includes Asseco Systems. Changes in the ownership structure have necessitated shifts in the management.

 

Andrzej Dopierała has been elected the new president of the management board, and Rafał Kozłowski has assumed the post of the vice-president of the management board for finance. Andrzej Ruciński, the vice-president for technology, and Marek Witkowski, the vice-president for operational matters have kept their positions. 

 

Andrzej Dopierała, M. Sc. (Electrical Engineering) , worked for HP Polska Sp. z o.o. over years 1994 – 2006 and held the position of the Management Board President of that company for eight years. Then he was appointed the Management Board President in Oracle Polska sp. z o.o. and the director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe.  He is currently responsible for the function of Infrastructure, the Data Processing Centre and ICT as well as Asseco Systems S.A. holding company.  Since March 2015 he also fills the function of the Management Board President in Unizeto Technologies S.A.  

 

Rafał Kozłowski is a graduate of the Organization and Management Faculty, Warsaw University. During his professional career he has occupied the following positions: Finance director at Delta Software, senior manager at Veraudyt, Treasury function director at Softbank S.A., vice-president of the management board for finance at Sawan S.A.,  Controlling and Investment Department Director at Asseco Poland S.A., vice-president of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. responsible for finance. He has actively participated in the acquisitions of the companies making up Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. as well as in the holding’s IPO process at Warsaw Stock Exchange.  He currently holds the position of the vice-president of the management board for finance at Asseco Poland S.A.. As the Chief Financial Officer of the Asseco Group he oversees the financial matters of group companies and manages the Logistics function. 

 

Andrzej Bendig-Wielowiejski, the former president, and Ewa Turzyniecka, the former vice-president of Unizeto Technologies are now members of the company’s supervisory board.  

 

Irrespective of the changes in the ownership structure the company keeps its operational activity going.   “It is too early to discuss our new growth strategies. The new management board will announce them in a few weeks”, says Jan Zaborowski the leader of the marketing department at Unizeto.
